Account & Data Deletion

FrontTerrain respects your right to complete digital deletion. You can remove your account and purge all associated profile metrics using either method below:

Method 1: In-App Self Service

1. Log in to Holosene or FrontTerrain web portal.
2. Navigate to Account Settings → Privacy & Security.
3. Click Permanently Delete Account and confirm your password.

Method 2: Support Email Request

If you cannot access your account, send an email to [email protected] from your registered address with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Our team will verify and execute data purge within 48 hours.
