Account & Data Deletion

FrontTerrain unconditionally respects your right to digital deletion. You can permanently eliminate your account, profile credentials, and associated telemetry using either of the verified methods below.

Method 1 • Instant

In-App Self Service

Log in to your Holosene mobile app or the FrontTerrain developer dashboard.
Navigate to Account Settings → Privacy & Security.
Scroll to the danger zone and select Permanently Delete Account.
Confirm your credentials. All database entries and stored sessions are immediately scheduled for cryptographically irreversible erasure.

Method 2 • Direct Support

Support Verification Request

If you have lost access to your password or need our operations team to purge your records manually, send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Our security team will authenticate the request and execute complete deletion within 48 hours, sending a final cryptographic receipt to your address.
